In the event of any complications, you are entitled to a full refund or you may choose to have the item repaired or replaced, free of any additional costs.
Return Policy
In the case you would not like to keep your order, you can return it to us within 14 days after reception. The shipping will be at your expense. If you want to process a return please contact us at Le Signe Bleu, we will give you instructions on the process.
To exercise the right of withdrawal, the buyer must inform "Le Signe Bleu" of the decision to withdraw from this contract by an unequivocal statement (by email).
