Terms and Conditions

Scope of Application

  • These T&C apply to all contracts concluded via the online shop of "Le Signe Bleu" between the buyer and " Le Signe Bleu".

 

Conclusion of the Contract

  • The product presentation in the online shop does not represent a legally binding offer but an online catalog without commitment.
  • By clicking the "Buy" button, the buyer submits a binding order for the items in the shopping cart.
  • The confirmation of receipt of the order is sent immediately after the order is submitted but does not bind " Le Signe Bleu" to a contract.
  • The purchase agreement takes effect and the contract is established upon shipment of the merchandise.

 

Prices and Shipping

  • All listed prices are final prices in Euros (€) and include the statutory value-added tax (VAT).
  • Additional shipping costs may apply.
  • The buyer is responsible for any import duties, customs fees, taxes, and other charges that may be incurred when the goods are imported into the buyer's country. Such charges are not included in the item price or shipping cost. "Le Signe Bleu" is not responsible for any additional costs and does not bear these costs. The buyer should consult the local customs office for more information on possible fees.

 

Delivery Conditions

  • Unless otherwise agreed, the delivery is made to the address provided by the buyer.
  • Delivery time information is non-binding unless a delivery date has been exceptionally promised.

 

Payment Conditions

  • The buyer can pay the purchase price via [ credit card, Google Pay, Apple Pay, Shopify Pay, PayPal].

 

Right of Withdrawal

  • The buyer has the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period will expire after 14 days from the day on which the buyer acquires, or a third party other than the carrier and indicated by the buyer acquires, physical possession of the goods.
  • To exercise the right of withdrawal, the buyer must inform "Le Signe Bleu" of the decision to withdraw from this contract by an unequivocal statement (by email).
  • The merchandise must be returned no later than 14 days after withdrawal, and we kindly request customers to use a traceable shipping method. The shipping will be at the expense of the buyer.
  • However, the right of withdrawal does not apply to personalized products or products that are produced on order. These products, once ordered and in the production process, cannot be returned or exchanged unless they arrive damaged or defective.

 

Retention of Title

  • The delivered goods remain the property of " Le Signe Bleu" until fully paid.

 

Liability

  • In the event that the buyer receives a damaged item, we will offer the buyer a complimentary replacement (subject to product availability) or a refund. We do not accept liability for minor or incidental damages.

 

Data Protection

  • During the initiation, conclusion, processing, and reversal of a purchase contract, data will be collected, stored, and processed by us in accordance with legal regulations.

Final Provisions

  • Swiss law applies, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods (CISG).

  • If any provision of these Terms and Conditions is found to be invalid or unenforceable, it shall not affect the validity of the remaining provisions. Invalid clauses will be replaced with those that most closely align with the intentions of the contracting parties.
